Beyond Stay Partner Terms

Version

1. Your relationship with Beyond Stay

You operate your experiences as an independent business. Beyond Stay markets and sells your experiences to guests and handles guest payment; it does not operate your activities or employ your staff.

2. Accurate listing information

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything on your listings: descriptions, inclusions, duration, meeting point, requirements, age and weight limits, prices and photos. You must keep them current.

3. Availability accuracy

Sessions you publish are commitments. Only publish dates, times and capacity you can honour, and keep blackouts up to date. Capacity is enforced by Beyond Stay so a session cannot be oversold.

4. Pricing

You set your prices. The price shown to the guest is the price they pay; you may not charge guests additional mandatory fees at the meeting point that were not disclosed on the listing.

5. Commission

Beyond Stay earns a commission on completed bookings at the rate agreed in your Partner Agreement. The applicable rate is shown to you during setup and on every booking in your portal.

6. Payments and payouts

Beyond Stay collects guest payment at checkout and accounts for your earnings per booking: guest total, less adjustments and refunds, less commission. Payouts are made on the schedule in your Partner Agreement, and a payout is only reported as paid once an actual payment record exists.

7. Cancellations and refunds

The cancellation window published on each listing applies to guests. If you cancel a session, you must notify Beyond Stay immediately so affected guests can be refunded or rebooked; refunds are reflected as adjustments in your payout accounting.

8. Taxes

You are responsible for determining, collecting where required, reporting and remitting any taxes arising from your activities and earnings.

9. Insurance

You must hold and maintain the liability insurance appropriate to your activities and applicable law, and provide evidence of coverage on request.

10. Safety and regulatory responsibility

You are responsible for the safe operation of your activities, including guides, equipment, permits, licences and compliance with land-use, transport and other regulations that apply to you.

11. Guest fulfilment

You will honour confirmed bookings, deliver the experience as described, and communicate promptly about weather, conditions or operational changes.

12. Content and photo authorisation

You confirm you own or are licensed to use every photo, description and mark you upload, and you grant Beyond Stay permission to use them to market your experiences.

13. Disputes

Guest complaints will be handled cooperatively and in good faith. Where an experience was not delivered as described, refunds may be issued and reflected in your payout accounting.

14. Beyond Stay's responsibilities

Beyond Stay will present your experiences accurately as you have entered them, take guest payment, pass bookings and guest fulfilment details to you promptly, account for your earnings transparently, and never publish availability or integrations that are not real.

These terms are the platform terms accepted during partner setup. Commercial specifics — commission rate, payout schedule and any founding-partner arrangements — are set out in your individual Beyond Stay Partner Agreement. Questions: info@beyondstay.ai.
