Name, business email, password. Then tell us about your company — logo, base location, areas you serve.

Add your experiences
Activities, pricing, photos, duration, requirements, what's included and what guests should bring.

Connect your availability
Publish dates, times and capacity in Beyond Stay, or tell us the booking system you use so we can prioritise that integration.

Receive bookings
Guests find your experience, choose a real open session, pay, and your seats are held immediately.

Manage everything
Bookings, guests, availability, performance and earnings — all in your Partner Portal, on desktop or phone.
What it costs
No listing fee and no subscription. Beyond Stay takes a commission on completed bookings agreed in your Partner Agreement.
How bookings work
The guest pays Beyond Stay at checkout. You get an email with the booking reference, date, session, party size and any notes, and it appears in your portal straight away with your earnings on it.
How you get paid
Earnings accrue per booking: guest total, less adjustments, less commission, equals your net. Your Payouts page reconciles those figures exactly and only shows a payout as paid when a real payout record exists.
How availability is managed
Today every partner manages dates, times and capacity inside Beyond Stay, and that's labelled honestly to guests. Tell us the system you already use and we'll prioritise it — we will never show "live availability" for a system that isn't actually connected.

- How do I become a partner?
- Create your partner account, complete the short guided setup, and submit it for review. We check every operator before listings go live.
- How long does approval take?
- We review applications personally while we're onboarding our first partners, so expect a real reply rather than an automated one.
- Do I have to give you exclusivity?
- No. You can keep selling wherever you sell today.
- Who handles the guest payment?
- Beyond Stay takes payment at checkout and accounts for your earnings per booking, less commission.
- Can I set my own requirements?
- Yes — age limits, weight limits, what's included, what to bring, meeting point and cancellation window are all yours to set.
- What if I already use FareHarbor or Peek?
- Keep using it. Manage availability in Beyond Stay for now, and tell us your system during setup so we can prioritise that integration.
